ABOUT ME

I got the ICF (international coach federation) credential as PCC (Professional Certified Coach) in Dec 2020, member ICF global and ICF Bangalore chapter since 2018.

I conduct workshops on “Stress Management – how to develop immunity to Stress’ . Conducted Five workshops training more than 100 professionals and executives on How to develop immunity to ‘Stress’ and become more productive.

I am member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and a individual Team Coach Accredited from GTCI (Global Team Coach Institute)

With an Academic background in Agriculture, I served in a leading multinational in Agrochemicals and Environmental science division for 30 years in a different leadership roles in sales, marketing and general administration.

In continuation of my education and learning, I am pursuing Practioner Certification in Systemic Team Coach from GTCI accredited by EMCC.

PRT model (Pause, Reflect & Transform)

I have developed a model which I call it PRT model (Pause, Reflect & Transform). This model is based on the famous and well known model in coaching called GROW model. I make use of this model while coaching my clients. As a master practitioner of NLP, I do adopt some NLP techniques (if required and accepted by clients) in my coaching

Secondly, the level of commitment required by the client is to follow the discipline while undergoing coaching, complete the home work before the start of the next session, client need to be transparent with the coach. The commitment from my side as a coach, is to ensure the client get that realization he / she needed to reach out to the goal.

Most of the clients comes out with emotions attached to their challenges. I partner with them to identify or label their emotion, so that they detach from that emotion so as to accept the challenge and find ways and means to face the challenges. As a Coach I give enough space to the client to reflect on and exploration of the situation. This exploration will help them to overcome the challenges successfully.

Representing ICF Bengaluru charter chapter Volunteered to coach executives of Agastya International foundation, an NGO involved in spreading awareness among school children about basic science. Coaching the executives of Agastya was an wonderful experience. For the first time used the local language for coaching for bringing in better understanding of the processes and chemistry. This program provided an opportunity to learn and understand how these executives work in coordination with the rural school children, teachers to create awareness about basic science.
